Founded in Ballari, Karnataka.

From 2010 to today.

2009

Founded in Ballari

Started as a 3-person Joomla shop, building websites for local businesses and educational institutions.

2012

First international client

Shipped our first project for a UK-based education company. Began the long journey of becoming a global studio.

2015

Expanded into custom software

Added Laravel and Node.js practice. First ERP shipped — for a 200-employee logistics firm.

2018

Mobile app practice launched

Flutter team formed. Shipped 30+ apps in two years. Won a national award for a field-ops app.

2021

Govt of Karnataka empanelment

Officially listed as an empanelled IT vendor with the Karnataka State Government for digital services.

2023

Osciva AI sub-brand launched

Started a dedicated AI practice. Built our first production RAG system for a fintech client.

2025

Alumnyo SaaS goes live

Shipped our flagship product — alumni management for higher education. Live with 5 universities in 6 months.
